Our History
Integral Pipeline Technologies was founded with a simple goal: deliver dependable pipeline solutions through experienced people, quality workmanship, and a commitment to long-term relationships.
Since the beginning, the company has grown steadily by building trust with clients across the pipeline and energy sectors. What started as a focused operation has expanded into a respected company with crews working throughout Western Canada, Alberta, Ontario, Texas, Montana, and Maine.
Headquartered in Canada, Integral Pipeline Technologies has developed a strong reputation for reliability, safety, and professionalism in the field. Our ability to mobilize experienced crews across multiple regions allows us to support projects of varying size and complexity while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
One of the foundations of our success is our people. Over the years, Integral Pipeline Technologies has continued to evolve alongside the industry while staying true to the values that shaped the company from day one. Today, we remain committed to delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality pipeline services wherever our clients need us.
As we continue to grow, our focus remains the same: experienced crews, dependable service, and strong partnerships built to last.
Most Recent Major Porjects
Mountain Line Fill
Integral prepared the tracking plan and flawlessly tracked 5 sections of pipeline over 1140km to fill a newly constructed pipeline traversing the elevation challenges of the Rocky Mountains. Using traditional and remote tracking methods, 3 fill pigs were tracked across this difficult terrain. The tracking communication and constant knowledge of the pigs’ location was integral to the commissioning team’s success.
Empty the Old / Fill the New
A major North American pipeline company replaced 1754km of infrastructure with a new line. To clean the old asset, integral first tracked the purge of the pipeline, then tracked a cleaning program that required up to 10 pigs simultaneously with 11km of fluid chemistry. To fill the new line 3 pigs were followed across 3 provinces and 2 states.
Slope Failure – Induced Pipe Strain
One of our clients had slope failure across several pipelines in the same corridor. To remove this problem, 6 lines were purged to allow for remediation. This project stretched over 3 years, and tracking required Argos, Sherps and helicopters.
Hydrotest Water Placement and Tracking
A 245 mile pipeline, in 2 segments, required a hydrotest to increase the MAOP. Integral tracked the pigs to water, and dewater.
Walk the Line
Integral has walked 1000’s of miles of our clients pipelines to gather depth and ROW conditions. The value of this data stretches beyond GIS systems and regulatory needs, and the field personnel have commented on how applicable the data was to their needs.
30+ Year Partnerships
Integral’s relationships with our clients stretch across decades. We are proud of our longevity and the trust we have earned. We strive to be part of long term asset integrity.
